Thanks for the question.
Was some day's or parts of them not at the keyboard. Today I could start in the morning and had time to follow the charts. So I examined the daily chart to find my goal for today before market started live @ 9:00.
Here my daily chart to present my LONG decision: of course it is a 'big picture chart' and shows where the 1 - 2 - 3 movement to break a trendline leads to a basic change of direction.



That was the moment to start long in the morning. And it was not a bad decision - right?
Tomorrow I might be away from keyboard (afk) - so no trade from my side might happen.
But as you know my Friday rule of course: WATCHING 9:00 to 9:30 direction - and you reverse it on 9:30 to 13:30 or 14:30 in (reverse) direction (GFIs1 rule for Friday) shhh - you can make some money.
