Glad that i found this site by accident and thank you Big Mike for such an awesome site. I am new in trading since a year ago and mainly learning Forex and trading Stocks. I look forward to learning from this community and i can't remember the source but it is said that trading is a lonely business. With this community i hope to learn and share with like-minded community.
Worked most of my life in corporate America, and am now attempting to trade on my own. I have a coach who runs a hedge fund (they hired him after we started) and he does a great job on the ES and CL futures. I struggle, even though I have a good trade plan I focus too much on whether the trade wins or loses. Really love the Webinars on here!
I trade ES and CL and am looking to get more consistent and make this a FT gig.
No new to this site but rather new to posting. I am a day trader and also look for longer therm holdings. I trade all types of assets when it comes to futures my favourites are the minis but also do FX/Commodities.I am looking to share and find answers to technical aspects of programming and connectivity to trading systems. In particular Interactive Brookers, MT4 and open to any interesting new technologies that make access faster, simpler and more efficient.
i am a learning trader , i ve strated to learn about trding since 6 mouthns i ve learned a bunch of things that i'can share with pleasure . my goal here is to let and get .
Thank you for building this forum, it seems to be the right place for me.
I guess I am just barely past the newbie stage, having tried several types and styles of trading, from scalping to swing trading, on Forex and US Stocks mainly, and I have used multiple (Matlab, Multicharts, Metatrader, plaing TWS) tools before settling with NinjaTrader 8.
I aim to do semi-automated trading, in and out in a day, so I guess you can call that daytrading, but not off the 5 minute charts. I am hoping to find support, and if I can, provide it to anyone who needs it.
I am mainly focusing on finalizing my software setup at the moment, ie. building my own screener and a NT addon for execution.
Hi Big Mike! Thank you for this forum and i'm just getting started to learn from other members here. I think this will be great for my education on futures.
My name is Stephen and I've had about 14 months experience trading futures. For me I was of course looking for a good system after trying another and came across Joel Pozen. He was the first mentor for TradeGuider and taught by Richard Ney. I'm not pushing anything for Joel. Look his marketing is terrible but one thing he does very well is read a bar chart. And the guy has a heart of gold and wants to help.
I started with Joel in December and am now using his system and am very close to passing a $100K Combine which isn't too bad.
