I will try to help, but you should double check my answers.
Rithmic is a data provider as well as execution engine, and Optimus provides it free. Whether or not the data (mainly backfill) will be sufficient for your needs is something only you can decide.
As for NinjaTrader costs, to my knowledge Optimus does not offer a free restricted version of NT. You would need to buy or lease the platform if you wanted to use it.
We have the ability to provide the restricted version. However, we choose to advocate the use of their full version because I stronly believe it has the right features in their DOM to help with risk mangement, stops and the ability to place the stops and targets in an auto fashion . The ChartTrader that ninja has in my honest opinion is one of the better ones from a functionality and usability perspective and is only available in the paid version. Also, NinjaScript development, automated trading, OCO orders is only available on the full version and this is why I encourage it.

@rani, thanks for sharing your findings, could you please clarify/update:
1. How did you determine Crossland to have better TT integration/implementation than Velocity, what were the differences observed?
2. You said no difference in speed/execution between Rithmic and TT, but also Rithmic slightly faster. Which TT FCM, and what was Rithmic faster in terms of?
3. Did you test executions live? Any difference in slippage?
4. How did Crossland/TT work out for you long term, any issues?
if i have different data feed i have different data in my charts, specially ask bid mkt orders,
what happen with the executions?
is the same?
or the orders go to the same place?the exchange, and are in line waiting for the execution?, and the only difference is the time that get the order traveling from the dom to the exchange?
thanks
alejo

I hope I understand your questions right, and my answers are general.
All orders are always submitted to the exchange directly without rerouting for MOST data feeds.
Yes, different feeds have different latency, however latency (speed) will also depend on your infrastructure (your internet connectivity).
Now, you have mentioned that the data in your DOM could be different than your execution, in that case your DOM showing has nothing to do with your execution.
I hope I was of help.
