I have been trading mostly stock and some futures for over 10 years. I've blown up several accounts and been pretty unsuccessful. This site is amazing and look forward to learning and maybe contributing in the future.
Hello
I am French, living half in France half in Caribbean.
I trade full time since 5 years and live from it since 3 years.
I trade mainly stocks, some futures on NT, some EA on Metatrader Forex.
I code since 2 years and start to be profitable on Forex EA but difficult to fight with brokers.
So my goal is to code a profitable scalping strategy for NT futures.
Thanks for this wonderfull unique website.
I don't regret at all to be Elite member
Thanks a lot

I am an Australian semi retired architect looking to make a few bucks trading futures and forex. I have been at it for a couple of years and learning all of the time.
There is an indi that I am interested in but the link is dead or does not work. The indi is a modified Williams %R and I would love it try it on NinjaTrader. It is Williams %R with JayMA smooting.
Any chance I can get this indi please

Hi, I am an absolute beginner who found this forum through the Aussie Stock forums. I haven't started trading yet, and won't until I have learned enough to be successfully paper trading.
My introduction to trading came through a free evening which was a sales pitch inviting people to fork out $7,000 for a course. I thought I had better check out the company first, and the advice I got from Aussie Stock forums was that I would better spend my money buying some books - so that is what I have done. I'm drawn to technical analysis and have downloaded Ninja Trader to start playing around with. But I realize that there is much to learn and this will not be a "get rich quick" strategy.
I'm very grateful for forums like this which can help us newbies get started.
Thanks for putting together this forum Mike and other for all the great helpful info that goes along with it.
Originally was a longer term investor but took a hit in the last GFC 08 so in aid to get back on my feet I was using Prorealtime for charting whilst day/swing trading ASX stocks but now have made the move to Ninja (free) and Interactive brokers to give me exposure to more intsuments.
In brief, I guess my goal is to find out exactly what instruments and what style of trading suits me best and how to use the tools more effectively to execute trades along with managing my risk better. I really practicing with the NT DOM and Chart trading with (sim) but find I need to tweak what info is in my head and also (more importantly) get my confidence back which has been a fight in itself.
Have tried to educate myself a lot more by reading and watching stacks of TA & other trading vids which has been very helpful so far, though this still leaves me pondering over many the questions and a need to connect some how with others, as I dont know many (if any) other traders where I live, and what other forums I had been on do not primarily use Ninja or trade with DA, hence why I have come here.
