haha, that mug was a special gift from Disney World. I use it everyday! The vertical monitors saves space on my desk cus they're 30". When you have multiple wide monitors, I think the vertical setup is the way to go. Also, I think the layout is more comfortable for the tools I use (DOM, Footprint and Volume Profile).
Hello Jonny!
I first bought one 38 inch hoping that it would be enough, but unfortunately it wasn't.
I find the angle and size to be perfect and easy for the eyes. Having two next to each other however is not really optimal. But you can absolutely make it work by having the less important charts at the far edge of the screen. I have the charts that I don't look at that often on my second screen to the far right edge. On my left screen I have all the charts that I primarily look at.
I think having them stacked would be the ideal solution, but I haven't found a good option for a monitor of this size.
If I where you I would consider this monitor as well. If I knew that I would have needed two 38 inch I would have compared it to the 49 inch as well. Unfortunately it wasn't available when I bought my screens and I didn't have the patience to wait for it either. https://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-49WL95C-W-ultrawide-monitor
Member brought to our attention that member was spamming other members trying to get them to vote for him, in exchange for giving them a discount that was not intended for this purpose.
Actions taken:
1. Member sent me a private message with nothing other than "Delete this account". So, upon further investigation, I found that he used a VPN/proxy and that is against our rules -- so more than just disabling/deactivating his account, he was banned for this reason. He was not banned for any other reason.
2. Member had what I consider an inappropriate user avatar -- and I have deleted the avatar. It was featuring Trump which makes it political, and also a statement "pussy" which is inappropriate to be featured as your avatar, regardless of your political opinions. We have a general rule of keeping politics off the site, with exception to one or two threads in the Off-Topic area.
3. The coupon code that was spamming people has been deleted. It was not being used and was meant for short-term use with a prior site sponsor (no longer a sponsor) and so it has been removed to prevent abuse. To be clear, there are currently no coupon codes for Elite Membership and that is not something we usually do except for very special events.
Now, in the end, I do not like 's behavior. But there is not a specific rule that says you can't ask people to vote for you, I see it many times appear in peoples signatures (which I am personally fine with). But when it extends to sending unsolicited messages, I find that rude and not in the spirit of our community, personally. I am not sure how many of these messages were sent.
Everyone can decide for themselves if that behavior should be condoned or endorsed, by whether or not they vote for the person in the contest. For the moment, I am not taking any action against the vote or the user, but it does leave a bad taste in the mouth mainly because of how he was sending unsolicited messages to people.
This is your community. I am here to help lead and provide the resource, but in the end I try to make decisions based on what is best for the community. So if you have thoughts on what happened here let me know if you think more action is needed, but please do so privately by using the Report Post feature so only mods see it -- instead of getting off-topic in this thread.

How insulting!
The Houston Oilers, were a storied and historical franchise, that include gridiron legends like George Blanda, Earl Campbell and Bum Phillips. They played in Houston from 1960-1996 in the Astrodome, once considered the 8th Modern Wonder of the World. In their 27 years in the NFL they went to the Championship Game 4 Times, winning twice. The primary color in their uniform was "Baby Blue" and their logo was an Oil Derek.
That horrible ghastly image (what is it, a Flaming T ???) you can see on the desk is on instead related to a continually mediocre team who in 22 seasons their number one achievement is a single loss in the championship game. They also don't have a single player in the Hall of Fame that is considered to be from their team*.
How could anybody possibly confuse the two?
* The only Hall of Famers to even to play for them are Bruce Matthews (considered an Oiler where he played 14 years), Kevin Mawae (NY Jet) and Randy Moss).
