Hi everyone, trading is a lonely business at the best of times. I'm here in Toronto, banging it out... anyone in my city, feel free to message me for a coffee!
My name is Kiril and I am a new trader. I have started this journey after the Covid-19 made an impact on my career. I am an airline pilot and if things continue this way I may find myself on the street looking for a job. The idea of trading futures came to after I got introduced to the PDT rule. I decided to give it a try with MES and ES. As of today, I haven't lost that much money except for books and courses. There is so much information out there that choosing a product is extremely difficult. I have come across this forum by searching for reviews on a particular product. I must say I am very happy to be here and I hope to learn and contribute here to the best of my knowledge and ability.
Hello, HighCall79, I recently had to withdraw a large chunk of my brokerage account and can't trade futures adequately anymore. So I'm looking at combines and joined to ask a tax related question. Thank you!
Yes, American living in Japan for 11+ years. Married a Japanese lady and we have 2 kids. Life is good where we live in the mountains.
I have not traded Nikkei futures. But since your post, I have started to look into possible brokers, located in Japan. The trading hours fit me better than USA. I would only trade the E-Mini and I wish they had Micro.
my name is Patricia and I live in Germany so sorry for my bad english. I came from a Google search about different platform comparisons like NinjaTrader, SierraChart, MultiCharts, eSignal etc. I am glad to have found this site because I got the impression it is really well visited with lots of helpful postings and information. At this point I want to express a BIG THANKS to BigMike for bringing this up -thumbsup-
I have basic/intermediate knowledge but since a few months I decided to really dive seriously into the trading. Currently I trade only CFD because of the small account balance. I'm interested in the future market but in 'the future' I want to stay at CFD and paper trading until I feel comfortable and make persistently profit. My main focus is in BackTesting and that's why I'm looking for a platform to stick with and try develop my own strategies for backtesting.
Looking forward to any helpful comment. Thanks for listening and good luck and success with the trading.
