Thank for you the updates. I did come across AMP Global (all in one MT5 platform) for Futures and Forex. However have to check the review again, they have mixed feedback so not sure how good they are.
BTW I did setup IB as corp and they consider it has a pro account and still want $300+ per month. When I gave them the symbols for Futures that is pricing I was quoted. Stocks and Options data no charge.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Hello all! I am very newbie to trading. I have started a couple months ago,by just reading and using demo accounts.Lately i have got very interested about the futures trading and i am now using Ninja trader and still a demo account. I am also looking for some reliable courses/strategies to study from. I am open to any suggestions and wanna to say many greetings to the Big Mike and all of the community here! Cheers!
If you are a traditional newbie I would suggest Adam Grimes Market Life Trading course "The Art and Science of Trading". He is a clear eloquent speaker on the subject of trading and it is an extremely comprehensive course. I of course being a newbie myself, am still working on it and still amazed at Adam. And its free, believe it or not.
Aloha Everyone! I began trading MArch of 2019 with the idea that I was going to get rich overnight. Boy was I so wrong. I lost $50,000 trading penny stocks. I had a few big green days, but that was mere luck. I was then forced to turn to the Emini ES futures contracts since I don't have to follow the PDT rules. Then I bought the lifetime subscription with Ninja Trader and funded my account with just enough to use the simulator and begin my trading rehab. I have been trading in the simulator for about three months now and have continued to build the account slowly. I have learned to be patient and stock key entry points in order to have successful trades. I am trading way less than before and ending my days green. I am committed to managing the psychological aspect of trading, for I have discovered that in there lies the key.
Anyway, I look forward to participating in any future discussions and hope to meet other fellow traders. Remember, be a predator and wait for that prey to show itself before you take any ol'trade. Happy trading everyone!
Hello everyone, I have been trading stocks for 4 years, I had good and bad moments, in general I was able to keep the account stable.
I have been trying to develop my automatic system in Ninjatrader for a few months and this forum is the expert community on the subject. I hope to learn from the experience of others so as not to make the same mistakes and I hope to contribute my grain of sand for whoever needs it.
Hi i'm new to trading and i'm reading more and more about trading futures from some months, the more i study the more clueless i feel, i have not much faith this can become something for me but i enjoy it for now, i hope to learn a lot from this forum and maybe to be helpful as well.
Thanks for your so honest post. I too feel clueless when I study futures so I can empathize with you. I too keep plugging away, especially on reading charts which I figure is key to understanding the futures market. Some fundamentals can't be ignored I reckon, but it is hard to know which of them makes the most sense - or to keep up with them. Keep plugging away! I am with you in that
Glad to be a part of the forum. I am an engineer by trade and have been trading on and off for last 10 years. Recently, I am educating myself with Minervini and Wyckoff courses.
One thing led to another hence discovering this great forum. I am looking forward to learning from all of you and hopefully can also contribute back to the group.
