i have been trading Forex for a few years and finding it a bit slow. I want to give futures another go ( did try about 10 years ago but didn't know what I was doing!!!) now that the Micro contracts have more volume. Just getting up and running with Ninjatrader and this site has already been the most informative and helpfull.
Greetings, hope all is well. I found this, figured I give it a try. Been here a couple days. Hope I am doing the introduction correct. Posted a question and a comment, still no reply to it. I see how this goes, take care.
Hi Big Mike and All
New to Futures io but experienced in options and futures. Trading since 1985 and just now starting to devote full time to learning how to trade properly. I look forward to the new adventure.
I am a new trader and a new member of this forum. I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself.
My primary interest is day trading futures. I am also interested in stocks. For now, I am trying to master one skill at a time, so I am focused on MES and ES futures.
I started self-educating myself with books and videos. Its been a steep learning curve since I started four months ago and I am aware of how much more I need to learn. I did a couple of bad trades in a row in the recent market pullback. I decided to go back to studying and analyze my mistakes.
I started with a small account and haven't blown it up. yay! I am approaching trading as a business and my main goal to be able to make consistent income before raising the risk.
