Thanks @choke35 for your words - much appreciated.
I learned following some journals of others here on FIO - that 3 years of unchanged rules
often get a real "burnout". Most of the journal writers disappeared then in the dust though.
What we can learn from it:
Systems have often a good base. But condition of and with markets are changing over time.
One needs to have a good money management and reduce in uncertain periods the risk
of the trades taken. When everything is back to the "known" or "felt" levels things can
go back to normal size and pace.
What I learned of my journals here:
1) stick to the plan - even on difficult ground - but know periods when NOT to trade
2) optimize SL levels to the best
3) Diversify into new systems
... diversify
.. yeah - now we know
Dax made a Hi/Lo range of 271 points to close near the entry.
The needed reach of the support low was washed out in minutes.
Reaching the high in the morning of the upper cloud level was amazing.
Pic needed?
Then a come back from the down to the entry was given.
Now - what the heck will form now?
The upswing is on the plate - but not to catch 11k level(s) right now.
A next good high on this move can reach 10866...
Lets see tomorrow
