If you're after , then (you probably know) the data providers are driven by those that NT chooses to support, and there are limited sources.
On Amp/CQG, I do not believe $500 will give you access to the full spectrum of futures instruments - I recall reading that requires $2500 on deposit. You might be able to deposit and go with Zenfire, and then withdraw the bulk of the capital, which would incur you a $25 monthly non-usage fee, which is fairly reasonable 'rent' for a top notch datafeed.
There are some MT4 brokers that have many of the CME/Nymex instruments available. You could get a demo account - most allow you to use it indefinitely (plus have a Android/iPod access solution.) Depends what you are after, ie., FxPro (Australia) has CL, ES and a few equity indexes live in their MT4; see here. Broco used to have 6E and the CME currency pairs in their MT4 as well, don't know about now. (mind you, I would never ever never recommend trading with them)
