Need help for programming TradeTool

Hello to everyone,

I am Trader from Austria and I need help from an experienced NT programmer.
I have the following problem: I trade 28 Forex markets on the 5 Min Chart. My Entry Signal comes from Tradesignal, its 80% systematic, 20% discretionary. Sometimes I have to deside within seconds if to trade or not. Therefore I need a very fast Tool wich automatically calculates the 1) position size according to Stop Loss Level 2) allows me to enter my profit target 3) allows me to choose the right market to trade out from 28.
Furthermore I want Ninja Trader to do all my Trademanagement after I have enterd a trade (Stop Loss adjusting, scaling out, time out and close of positions).

At the moment I am using a EXCEL solutions wich routes the order via the API to Interactive Brokers, see attached file.

Is it possible to create such a tool in Ninja Trader? I wolud be very happy, if anybody could help me?
