What do you mean by internals? Obviously not the components - thats too obvious......

I'm sure he means the equivalent of NYSE's TICK and similar.

Market metrics. Exactly like Richard said: TICK, net issues, net volume, etc. Kind of unbelievable that these don't exist publicly as of yet.

Hmm - sorry cant help. Have you tried the IQ Feed thread? Robert from IQ is fairly helpful and may be able to assist in some way if they have it - if not, maybe there is an option to build your own?
