When I put a 407 envelope on a 30-min chart, it looks like this:

However, when I change to a 5-minute timeframe, the location of the envelopes (values on the price axis) change. I get this:

I don't know why it changes the location of the envelopes. Is there a way to correct this? If not, how do I make an indicator work on one timeframe only, say 30 min and then add a separate set of MA envelopes that only show on the 5 min?

Just an update to my question. I contacted Ninjatrader support and they had this to say:

I don't think the Envelopes are moving. What you are seeing is that you are going from a higher time frame to a smaller timeframe and the envelopes are getting bigger to cover the time differences and more bars being loaded




The discrepancies between the envelopes on the 5 min vs. a higher timeframe like 30 min or 60 min aren't that big so I can live with the differences.
