I was wondering if someone could help me. I have some code Below( that counts the number of upticks real-time) is there anyway to make this show historical ticks..(i.w plot the historical ticks of last bar ,.say if it was a hour bar)

would be great if someone could show me how to do this.

unfortunately you can't compute an indicator tick by tick on historical bars. You might want to look into Object Oriented EasyLanguage and do your computations using PriceSeries Providers with one tick resolution. You will find plenty of examples in the official TS forum, but this will require some more advanced programming.
