I would like to increase size in my futures trading, however deposits in regular brokerage accounts (if I understand correctly) are insured upto 20k USD, however I need to deposit much more.

I heard there is a possibility to use US treasuries as collateral fro futures trading margin requirements.

I would like to be protected against MF Global type of event.

Unfortunately i cannot use Interactive Brokers, because my journaling platform, the journalytix, supports only Gain, TT, CQG and Rithmic feeds.

I got negative reply from AMP futures and no answer yet from Stage 5...

Do you know any other brokerage with one of above mentioned feeds who is supporting treasuries to back margin for futures trading?

Thank you in advance for any tips.

It's been quite a while since I last used this setup, but if memory serves, I believe I had Journalytix working with IB by using Daytradr connected to NT8 connected to TWS, and Journalytix was populated automatically by Daytradr.

Could this work for you?

Hello! Only a few clearing firms allow this. And we work with one clearing firm here where we could purchase T-Bills on your behalf either 3, 6, or 12 months. We can also offer you CQG or Rithmic whichever you prefer. PM me and I can provide you with more detailed information!
