Hi everybody, hope everything is fine for all of you.
I need some advice: I installed Multicharts version 14 since a couple of weeks and I am encountering a strange issue, the RAM goes exhausted in few days, with TWS running, QuoteManager and two instances of PortfolioManager open. This never happened with versione 12 (I ran many more instances of PortFolio Manager at the same time, and I got similar problems after a month of continuous running, not 2 days). What can it be? Is it a frequent issue? If it is so, I must install the previous version, because this kind of operation is not fitting with the testing I am performing. Please note that the VPS where I am running Multicharts has a 16GB RAM.

I am having no issue with MC14, but I am not using it exactly as you. Your VPS sounds like it has plenty of memory.

This sounds like a bug to me, most likely a memory leak. Contact MC support.

Thank you. I indeed asked for support. I shall receive some news next week I hope.

Sure I will, I am still waiting for updates, it seems to be a complicate matter to understand. Or a peculiar situation, actually.

Sorry for not updating. Multicharts updated with a patch to resolve the issue I pointed out and to improve the global performance of the software. Indeed, the improvement is quite good.

I have yet to run into memory issues. I am guessing it was fixed in MultiCharts 14.0 Release 2?

I can confirm this! And I confirm that the aim of the release was to resolve memory issues.
