Ninja trader market replay support?

Hi,
I use Ninja market replay on weekends to do some testing/backtesting. I recently had a computer crash at home which wiped out everything including the e-mail NT Market replay sent to me years ago with my subscription key. Thankfully my VPS is running fine BUT I never installed Market replay on that machine.

Here's the problem; Ninja trader Market replay support will not answer any of my e-mails. I have been trying to contact them for the past week (sent 4 e-mails in total). I get a standard response e-mail from them but they never follow up.

Does anyone know of a phone contact number or some other way to contact them? Alternatively, does anyone know of a data vendor that is similar? I don't want to save data to the VPS as I prefer to keep it as clean as possible for trading.

This for NinjaTrader support, @Wartrace has troubles contacting a 3rd party vendor, selling market replay data.

FYI- I finally made contact with them. Apparently, there was some sort of problem with the e-mail contact and they didn't receive my requests. It is all taken care of now. Thanks for the help.
I want to stress this was not the fault of Market replay data.com All is good

That's a rough spot to be in, especially when you just need to recover a key you already paid for.

One thing worth clarifying first: NinjaTrader Market Replay is a third-party data vendor, separate from @NinjaTrader the platform and NT Brokerage. So you're dealing with the right support queue -- just a different one than the brokerage side.

For breaking through the email logjam, phone is your best bet:
  • Toll-free: 1-800-496-1683
  • Direct: +1-312-423-2230
  • Hours: 7am - 4pm CST, Monday through Friday

Voice cuts through when email queues stall. Call during those hours and lead with your account info -- they should be able to look up your subscription and reissue the key.

On the alternative data question: if you're ever looking for a second option that keeps replay data off your VPS, DTN IQFeed supports historical tick playback through NinjaTrader and has solid futures coverage for the markets you're trading.
