NinzaRenko, UniRenko and BetterRenko are all free and all work well (a bit slow at first as the database is set up). Just bear in mind they take their settings in "ticks", so if your SPY feed uses the 0.00 format, you'll need to multiply the tick size by 100.

I am familiar with those but they don't have built in ATR optimizer for Renko, seeking a free Renko ATR optimizer like paid one over at QT:

I assumed NT had a built-in optimizer but their support replied back negative.
