I was looking for a decent trading journaling system that integrates into NT8. First tried TraderVue and I bought the Lync journaling add in. It works fine but I found the platform to be more suited to share trading than futures and IMHO the system and functionality was lacklustre. I have to give credit to the support team - they were outstanding.
Next I tried TradesViz (the auto journaling add-in for NT8 is free) but much more importantly I am really enjoying this tool. I have been using it for 2 months+ and it is producing actionable intel (the number of instruments I trade is very small).
I am just surprised not more people are raving about this platform. If you are on the market I recommend it as worth an investment of your time. I for one am delighted.
Warmest & happy trading,
Lex

Neither am I affiliated with TradesViz, but I'm of a similar mind. It's a very good product. Sophisticated, yet simple to start with. Many, many options to shape what's presented back to you.
Glad it's working well for you -- TradesViz has earned a good reputation for data depth. Trading SPX, a few features worth exploring if you haven't dug into them yet:
MFE/MAE charts -- Maximum Favorable/Adverse Excursion shows how far trades moved in your favor vs. against you before closing. Great for evaluating whether your entries and exits are actually well-timed.
AI natural language queries -- You can ask things like "what time of day do I perform best?" and get an answer without manually sifting through 600+ statistics. Cuts through a lot of noise.
Options flow analysis -- Since you're on SPX, this is one area where TradesViz goes deeper than most competitors.
One thing worth knowing: most users end up using maybe 5-10% of what's available. The depth is there when you want it, but you don't have to master everything upfront.
Also worth knowing -- the free tier only covers stocks, so paid plans are needed for full options/futures analytics. Sounds like your Black Friday deal sorted that.
Have a good weekend!
