I have a question about getting real-time data for the Sierra chart. I want to trade Crude Oil (US Oil). What is the cheapest way and what steps should I take in order to have real-time data? What brokerage has the best offer for it? I just need data, I have my own brokerage from my country.

It depends if you need level 1 or level 2
I recommend the Denali data by sierra, however with no LIVE trading account the NYMEX ( CME group) may bill you $120 per month. If you have a verified live trading account than the data will be only $2 ( level 1 best bid/ best offer)or $12 per month (level 2 all bids/offers)
