Hello everyone,

This is probably a silly question but I can't figure out how to change the highlight color of the cursor when selecting a price on the bid / ask columns.

Can someone help me with this please ?

Thanks.

It's a chart object internally with "blank" Graph Draw Type. The "DOM" becomes "static" if "Scale Range: Constant Range" with "Interactive Scale Move" selected on the scale. Not sure about the TT patent.

Every platform that has a DOM, if it wants to have the option to become static, has to pay TT a fee since they patented it. That's why almost none are static. MC for example has a semi-static option which ends up to have a dynamic performance in the end.

Since Sierra's DOM is not an actual DOM, maybe they have overcome the patent rights, offering this way a very nice tool to their clients.

@Omaha

As arnie says, its hard to get a good static DOM. I think I am going to try sierra again here soon, but in the hopes of not wasting time, can you expound on your post I quoted? When putting it in "Scale Range: Constant Range" with "Interactive Scale Move", does the market move around a static ladder that you can still scroll and re-centers when it moves out of the prices on the ladder?

Also, what effect does the fact the DOM is not actually a DOM have on trading? This is interesting to read.
