I don't know, I think so, the SurroundView is "dedicated" to the first card, the other card is just another card...
But no warranty at all, you should ask on AMD Forums .

Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I was told that the internal graphic would be disabled when you have built in an external graphic card. My idea is that you might be able to enable the internal graphics in the BIOS additionally , but dont ask me if/how this would work ..
I found out that I have 1 PCI x-1 Slot which is filled with my HD 3850 and one free PCI x16 slot which is free. Additional 2 PCI slots. I am quite sure now that I cannot insert 2 graphic cards. A technician from an internet retailer told me that he either recommends to use a workstation card ATI FireMV 2400 or another one with 6 slots. Both is >€350.
He says the best solution would be to change the board and to use 2 cheap cards then. OK, means I also had to pay this installlation as I can not replace the board.
Thanks a lot guys for your earlier input to this issue
If your board is AMD/ATI chipset, you might be able to enable ATI SurroundView in BIOS to get the on board (integrated) graphics to work together with the discrete graphics (a PCIex16 card) to drive 4 monitors. I tested AMD 740G and 780G chipsets board, both works on XP and Vista.
I trade from my laptop, which is connected to 2 external monitors. 1 external monitor is connected via the laptop external VGA port, and the other is connected using a USB VGA adapter. I use the 2 external monitors for trading, and the laptop monitor for other stuff.
Whenever I close or open the laptop the system re-configures to enable/disable the laptop monitor. The problem is that when I open the laptop, some of my trading chart windows always get moved to the laptop monitor even though they were never there in the first place. When I click 'Identify Monitors', all the monitors are always in the order originally assigned. How do I get my NinjaTrader chart windows to stick to the original monitors I put them on?
The x,y coordinates should be saved in your NT workspace. You need to make sure NT is closed when you make any monitor changes (connect or disconnect).
Thanks, it's annoying and not very practical, but that solution seems to work. But I realize this is not just an NT issue. Some of my other non-NT windows seem to jump around on the monitors as well. Is that normal? Is there anyway to prevent that, or any 3rd party software that can help control that?
There are two good multi-monitor apps. I use DisplayFusion, but I used to use UltraMon. I don't know if they do it, I don't use a laptop to trade so don't experience what you are going through.
