Hello NexusFI community. I've been day trading since late 2019, am new to and devote all effort now to futures trading. I belong to a trading education group that offered a futures trading bootcamp that changed everything for me. Trading stocks and options has been a so-so experience, always something was missing. I don't jump off buildings, fire raging fires or walk down dark alleys in "those" parts of town at night alone. Nope, I don't do any of it.
But I do like volatility, finding it and trading it. Futures fit this bill for me so I'm here, looking to get helped out and helping out as I am able.
Cheers,
ErictheRed

Hi all. I'm located in the beautiful state of Bavaria. Yes.
I'm into trading since around 2000, taking good advantage of the "salami crash" following 9/11 2001 Thats where I found covered warrants to ride the short side. In and out of trading up to the bitcoin crash. Was a bit of a drag to find a serious exchange that was open to short selling coins ... When I found it, I did like it. Those days I was working with MAs and a llv/hhv envelopes (lowest low vs highest high) in various lengths. That was, when my interest turned to price action (break of structure etc.). Trying to understand support and resistance, I found volume profile and footprint. Since then my learning curve is steep (Aside, I have an algobot running on BUND and EURUSD, which is also ok profitable).
Now, and that is why I'm here, I'm studying DOM reading. My, my. But despite a lot of frustration, I think its a good perspective for me as I have, as martial artist and (dinghy) sailor a basic understanding of rhythm and a good sense of balance between outside and inside determination.
Looking forward to lots of interesting content, learning from you and sometime also contributing.
Hendrik
