still not having any idea what you mean, the answer is still the same. Certainly someone here in futures.io (formerly BMT) can create what you are asking for in C# for the ninjatrader platform. The trick will be first to describe what you mean, perhaps use pics, and then convincing someone to do the work or help you figure it out.
Ok i find it by myself.
I done it with Market Analyzer.
The Joe Bid Size/Joe Ask Size is the number on the Dom when the current price hit (It is the limits that are waiting to get in to trade).
I place an alert on the Market Analyser when the size is above 1500.
I think the confusion and lack of responses to help you is because no one knows what "JOE" refers to. I certainly have never heard that term used before. Based on your description I think you may be referring to what is actually called "Inside" bid/ask.
If you do a search you should be able to find the terms inside bid and inside ask.
From the screen shot, it appears that there is an indicator called "JoeAskSize", and that's the "Joe" part. Since this is not a standard indicator that anyone knew anything about, no one knew how to help him.
@liorzuk, everyone here wants to help, but you needed to tell us that JoeBid and JoeAsk were special indicators you had.... then someone would have known what to tell you.
But I'm glad you found a solution in the end. Good work, by the way.
Bob.

Well , I didnt know that isnt a standard indicator because i have it on my base indicators, however I was helping with ninjatrader support and find it.
"I noticed that several posters were looking for the ability to show the current bid size and current ask size in the Market Analyzer. I was looking to do the same and so I wrote two simple indicators to plot each one. I don't have them plotted on the chart itself as there are already a number of ways to see that information (for example with Chart Trader open on the chart). However, you can now call these indicators up in the Market Analyzer itself so that you can get the information on a quick glance, set alerts, etc."
