What's going on with ES today? The only thing I can think of is the price just can't breakout to the upside for a while now, so they are just dumping it out ferociously, any ideas? 20pts range day already with no news...crazy

The markets have been all over the place today. Treasuries were lower and selling hard which surprised me after yesterday's FOMC rally. Action was very hard for me to read. Order flow was unreadable, cumulative delta was often not in line with price, and almost no correlation with equities. Then all of the sudden equities fall off a cliff. At the moment I don't see any news or anything. There doesn't seem to be a fundamental reason for it. It just did it.

mid term chart is already broken, looking at low 40s now probably to go long for these players if the level doesn't hold...crazy day!

Some speculations

FOMC Statement -> Selling mortgages might pressure market. This reveals potential FED belief. They believe market is strong enough to support the sale but that they need to unload their book because they see trouble second half next year.
Amazon -> Down several percentage points
