Hello, my name is Paul I am fairly new to this site been lurking for a while but just joined a while back. Anyway I have just started a blog to help my self personally grow and for some advice too.. I would love if some of you guys would take a look at it maybe you will see something you never thought of before too... Emini S&P500 Trading | Emini futures trading stop by any time!
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
i think asking for feedback of you trading-stuff only makes sense if you post your charts, ideas + trades also here on this forum.
a discusion starts if we have something to look at + if there is something to point at in another post above / below thisone.
if i start to talk about the third chart right corner in you blog-post of the post 3 days ago - no one knows what i am talking about -- if you know what i mean.
so i suggest also to post your stuff here for discussing it.
Hey max I will figure something out and do update posts in here also.. Thanks for the interest
ZTR, thanks I actually do not use that DOM for order entry I use it to study bid/ ask relationships, total bid/ask volume, and a few other things.. I was just including it in those pictures to show my P/L. There is a tutorial on how to make something similar to that for X_trader which is what it is for.. If you are interested in making one your self I could help or send you a version of mine.
At this point @syxforex is using X-Trader, so I will make him aware of your blog. He is much more skilled in its use, plus I like it when someone else teaches me something, as I do so much teaching myself.
Eventually, I want to track the number of cars entered into the DOM but not executed. What you have might be adaptable to that end. There is a thread on just this subject as well as the DOMBands indicator developed by @Zondor and myself.

I updated the blog.. I am going to figure out a way to link it in here easily.. I think my main problem today was just lack of patience.. My long term moving average had me in the right direction all morning but I just second guessing.
