So is the idea to short if it is above the HOD or long if it is above the HOD?
Or are we looking at a set time of the day for the direction signal?
Still a bit fuzzy on the logic. Sorry
My understanding is (my guess) is that if the high of the day comes after the low of the day (and entry price is under the high of the day) you go short ..and vice versa. The last trend of the day I guess is usually a countertrend move.

Sam all I can say is that the volume always falls off then. If you look at the volume real early in the morning say up to 9AM it is really thin and worse. You can't trade it then or overnight. I don't know the reason and it has been worse since being ported to the ICE.
