Daily comment: Wrong day! I don`t have a plan for today! I don`t have strong idea for today! But want look what situation on market and find "good" short situation for CL. I must be more discipline!! I must follow my rules. If I don`t have daily idea I can look situation on market only on TradingView web site! Not in my trading terminal!

Comment: Yday was sell of day on Index`s, also CL was under pressure. Today I will be look "GAP and GO" strategy.
YM: "GAP and GO". Sell 27700-27750 area.
CL: " GAP and GO". Sell 55,80-56,00

Daily comment: I like this type of day. Prepare idea, trade idea, Done and go out from market. Perfect trade on CL today.
Index was under strong pressure. This is not my strategy sell without PB. Also GC too strong.

Daily Comment: That was greatest day with good lesson+ good idea and I`m paid for it ZERO!))
Lesson + Idea
1. At Wednesday if I go with child to water pool, that means I don`t trade this day! Because when I came back and see what price around O/N low I`m start buy, this is normal because that was my plan! But I don`t see what OrderFlow show before. Momentum (1) on chart 100% sellers show power and of course if I see it on time I`m cancel my idea to continue buy 100%.
Lesson: Don`t trade if during trading time I do same other work(thing).
2. Now about idea:
I see this situation too much time, but ONLY today understand how I can use this info in my trading. This is data of Total Daily Delta (2), today was good example. At the moment when I`m start buy Delta was +5k. That means at this moment guys who want buy GC already do it. Buyer power can gone and on the market can be no peoples who want buy GC today. I must test this parameter on historical data. Also this data can`t be use for idea to enter, this is data can be use for two strategy "GAP and GO", "PB to avarage". I can understand market condition and think much better where can be my take profit.

Comment: Yday was very interest day. Index`s was in slow move mode BUT VIX jump to +16%. Also during lash trading hour I`m see same power sell.

YM:"Short Close VWAP". LIS O/N high. May be I will be hold until O/N Low.

For today I has idea for GC and 6E, but during pre market time, GC go too high and that was no chance to take trades.On Euro FX today I think good chance to go higher, but I made one scalp trade and out). Equities Roll from December to March today, that means for me no trades for today and tomorrow.

About Friday: That was two good idea, but China organize meeting about Trade deal. That was not my plan. I don`t like trade after news. I look to market and close terminal) That was not my game) NO trades at Friday.
About today: I see this is situation very often when during pre market time price after open show PB to avarage price.
That wil be interest to test it.
