After two days off due to health conditions, today I have returned to my charts but it was a really difficult Friday, where I lost some opportunities and took an unnecessary CL trade. In addition, a couple of technical errors and three revenge trades, the result of the day was slightly negative, next week I will be more careful and patient
As I expected, this morning was choppy and with low volume session (I cut early to prevent force anything), therefore I had to take advantage of the few opportunities that the market presented me, however, I lost then due to FEAR!
In days like this I need to be more aggressive/systematic when my setup show up
First trade: Direction: long / Setup: Pull back to key Level / Result: Target reached (reduced to 13tics)
Lesson learned: I need to be patient with my winning trades and hold to my keys areas or until clear reverse
Despite having taken my first trade without careful analysis and away from my playbook (which obviously ended up reaching my stop loss), having taken the rest of the day in discipline and with patience, allowed me to achieve a positive result today.
Lesson learned: in this business there is no room for mistakes without the P&L being affected.
