NinjaTerminal by Optimus Trading (www.ninjaterminal.com)
This app lets you do some really cool stuff from your Android phone and control NinjaTrader. Some examples are take trades (open and close positions), enable/disable strategies, view realtime quotes, and view realtime Profit and Loss.
It works with any broker --- but if you are an Optimus customer there are free versions available and the Pro version is available at a discount.
I'm the programmer behind the NinjaTerminal. If you have any questions feel free to PM me or ask here.
Also, any feedback is more than welcome. I appreciate any suggestions or gripes, I am listening, and I'm working tirelessly to improve this application.
Thanks,
Zach

Had a quick read. I take it you need a Static IP address??
In NZ it would be very rare for a home internet user to have a Static IP address unless they are hosting their own web site from their home server.
We don't have cable internet (well only in limited areas), it is mainly all ADSL.
For me to access my home trading computer when I am away from home, I have to use something like Log Me In, and you really need to do this from another computer due to the graphical representation not being suited to say an iPhone.
As far as a static IP goes, with solutions like dyndns, you don't need a static IP. However, I am aware that the setup is difficult and am working on a new solution for version 2 that will not require you to know your IP or to do anything with ports. You'll simply have a username and a password. Not only will this be easier, but it will also be more secure.
In regards to the graphical representation, what do you mean exactly?

Thanks for your input @energetic, I am considering speaking with @mattz, my partner and seeing if we can't work out either a monthly or quarterly subscription for a cheaper price.
This is just a one time fee. But, as a member of futures.io (formerly BMT) if you PM me, I will help.
Also, consider that we give Optimus user the view only part FREE of charge.

I was refering to products like Log Me In which are not optimised for say the iPhone ie all you can see is a very small version of exactly what is on your computer desktop.
The benefit of your product is you have optimised it display what can usefully be used/seen on a small screen.
To clarify, my only perceived issue with your product was that it requires a static IP address, whereas Log Me In type products don't.
But sounds like you have some thoughts for a solution to this anyway.
What a fantastic idea for a mobile app. I would love to use this, but it just isn't working on my NinjaTrader. I am using NT 7.0.1000.4 (Multi-Broker Live) with Optimus (Vision) and I downloaded the Ninjaterminal off of the website. I imported the NinjaScript fine without errors and then under the strategies tab I selected New Strategy and selected the NinjaTerminal Strategy. I changed the Version to Free and clicked Enable. Nothing happened. It wouldn't enable at all. I changed it to Pro (just for the heck of it) and it loaded all of the NinjaTerminalInternal Strategies. I can't connect with my phone (Android v2.2 - G2 Phone). I am looking to use the free version. What am I doing wrong? Please let me know
Thanks,
Jeff
