Hi

Is there a piece of software or where you can look at multiple security inputs to generate a signal for a single security.

For example

I want to generate a signal for the s&p 500

But also look at the price action of the Dow and Nasdaq to generate a signal

You can code a simple indicator with NinjaTrader, if you use minute bars. If you use tick, range or volume bars, you would need a framework for synchronizing the different instruments such as can be found here:
