Can anyone guide me on how to get equity/index data feed on Ninja? I wanted to chart SPY for e.g. on NT but their support came back and said we don't provide that data feed. No further guidance given. I am specifically looking for data feed that will give me Volume & Order Flow data for both Index ETFs (e.g. SPY/QQQ) and Equities (e.g. APPL).
Not sure how to get his data within NT. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks!
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
You would want to select a broker that shows an "E" and an "I" (at least) in the "Instruments Supported" column.
Also, if you only need minute-based charts, then it may be sufficient that the vendor has "YES" in the corresponding column under "Historical Bid/Ask Minute Data".
If you are looking for Volume & Order Flow data or to build charts based on other bar types (eg: Tick bars or UniRenko bars, for example) then I believe you also will need the vendor to show "YES" in the column under "Historical Bid/Ask Tick Data" and the "Historical Tick Data" columns.
If anyone can clarify further, though, I welcome any feedback

If it is not futures data then first assume the optimized for NinjaTraderhttps://kinetick.com/ which is owned by NinjaTrader principles is the first simple answer.
Then as tcbtrader said confirm they carry the signals you want.
Don't waste time trying to trade Equities with NinjaTrader.
They don't support a lot of functions when it comes to equities. Basic things such as STOP LMT orders outside of RTH, No DOM, No Depth of Market on L2, No Orderflow Support (Depth Map).
NinjaTrader is suited for Futures trading.
For full suite trading software check out any of the other Futures Io main platforms.
