Two scalps on 1min. Did not let it run as didn't look like a strong open drive. Will look for better opportunities for 1-2h swings closer to EMA / around 12-1pm.

Trades from yesterday, a bit too many. Hasty exits and entries. Will stop using 2min and get back to only looking at 5min. Approx -55 USD.

Long from the bottom. Good entry but hasty exit. Have to practice holding positions for longer.

Focus for today and next week

- Minimum hold time of 10 bars (50min)
- Not closing a trade before 2R
- Holding through one pullback unless climactic price action

First trade and broke my rules already. Most likely no more trading today.

Have to physically exit the screens next time. Once I'm in the trade and keep looking at the bars I tend to make bad decisions. For next trade once I've entered it I will not look at price action for next 60min.
