I have used ACME for about 6 years, unfortunately I too got regular errors. So I have not loaded it on my last nt8 update. I have an nt8 multi license so am using the order flow from that which seems fine for my profiles.

I just want to be transparent and must admit when i wrote this post i was frustrated. I did not fully understood some functions of NT8 which influenced my judgment. So far, all problems i had have vanished. Still using their products but nowadays there are many competitors and would probably select different tools from various vendors though i am not using much these days. I use the custom profile and VWAP tools quite a bit, the rest comes from Ninja's order flow tools.

That is what I'd get an error on that I waned to use. A plottable vwap. Aka midas vwap. Any suggestions? related products?

I'm using their TPO Sessions on nt8. When i works it's beautiful. But what ever licensing they are using can be irregular. I've contacted them before about this issue, but have been told they do not have this issue with ppl all over the world.

They ask for logs and such, which i've sent... nothing... it's really a become to cumbersome. Sorry, I ever dealt with them. In fact, when i did their trial, there was some confusing when i cancelled my paypal, and they were very rude.

As you can see, i really don't post much... But have had it with them.

If anyone has similar problems, perhaps let others know...

Like i said, there TPOS are beautiful, but as for licensing hanging the entire NT8 system? It happened way to many times... and i've tried so many trading software packages, and have never experienced anything like this.

Please chime in, if I'm being unfair.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have bought their LIFE TIME product around 2014. I have rarely used it in the past - and recently decided to re-install on Ninatrader8 and as I am logging into their site, I see NO place to download the software.

After reaching out to their SUPPORT - I was told they do NOT support V.7 anymore - and that I need to BUY the new version to use it and that they may consider providing some "perk" if I can prove I bought the original product by providing a RECEIPT.

I was looking in my mail - and could NOT find a RECEIPT from them for the product - but did find TWO instances in which I BOUGHT an option to MOVE the LICENSE to another computer (MACHINE ID etc.) - and on top of that a few emails showing them that I am a "PRO /LIFETIME member" - which Rancho Dinero were NOT SATISFIED with - and still want a RECEIPT!

So I went to PAYPAL - and seems PAYPAL does not have a history from 2014 - and now I am seeking a human response from PayPal which will only happen next week - so in essence RANCHO DINERO is causing a MAJOR OVERHEAD BURDEON on me to prove to them something that obviously was already proven.

The BOTTOM LINE is this : they have performed a MAJOR Mis-REPRESENTATION by pushing the product as a LIFE-TIME /One time buy vs. a monthly subscription and essentially created a FRAUD!!!

Hope this helps other traders

Yeah I had the same issue with them and management even got snarky. So either they didn’t expect the ‘Lifetime’ clients to really stick around, or they were always full of crap. Either way, the result is the same, they need more money, they no longer like the model, and they expect the clients to just bend over and like it. F’em, there are other options.
I had the same thing happen with OrderFlowAnalytics, no more updates without annual subscription.
New Flash, vendors in general have very low integrity and will sooner or later screw their clients. Shocking.

I'm willing to get a CLASS ACTION SUITE against them if we get enough USERS that have been RIPPED by them.

Is @BigMike ok with opening a THREAD dedicated to that - and even willing to let it show on the MAIN PAGE of NexusFI? BigMike started his "journey
" on having an issue with "snake oil" promises of vendors - so I'm really hoping he will be fighting for the "underdog" in this case.

I appreciate your frustration, and I too have products from them that I paid for many years ago and can no longer ‘prove’ with a receipt (cuz I’m just not gonna get the brain damage that would entail for the relatively small $ involved) and they just won’t license it. Again F’em, and all like them.
As far legal action is concerned, life is too short, so I would not be interested in participating in any of that.
I reckon that 1/3 of life is expendable in one way or another, so this is that. Kinda a like good crap, I just let it go.
I don’t mind letting others know so that maybe they’ll avoid frustration, but apparently nobody pays attention to these threads until after they get screwed. This outfit has been shitty to clients for years, it’s well doc’d here.
Regardless of your decision to take action, be well and don’t let the bastards win the more important battle, the one for space in your head.

Yes - life is too short - and one must "pick their battles" - It's just a matter of principle - not the $$$.

Let's see if this thread picks up any other people that Rancho Dinero LIED to about LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP. (Seems Rancho dinero was eating too many BURRITO's and/or Habanero HOT SAUCE which affected their judgment

Whenever buying "lifetime", the question to always ask is whose lifetime. Sounds like you bought it for NinjaTrader 7, because I don't believe NinjaTrader 8 (which is a different platform) was around in 2014, so you should have lifetime access to the product for NinjaTrader 7.
