Here is some info about my trading setup. The main trading setup runs a 49in Samsung Super Ultrawide, with a 34in LG Ultrawide, and 2 27in vertical Asus monitors.The PC is custom made running an i7-4790K Devils Canyon with a MSI GTX 980. The second setup is used for running trade the news and other news /software. It currently is running on an older Alienware x51 R2 with a 43in Samsung Super Ultrawide and a 50in Vizio TV.
I started trading about 5 years ago with ETFs, specifically UGAZ and DGAZ. This is my first year trading futures and so far they are my favorite! (ES, GC, CL, NG)
Was wondering which resolution is more appropriate for viewing “extended desktops “/ Split Screens ?
Also, since we are demoing with charts and figures/ numbers - which monitor technology is best :

I’m assuming IPS due to color accuracy / text reproduction (less perfect for games due to lower Herz - but 96-99% SRgb ) - and I hear the other two are better for games 144-200 Hz - but may produce “burn -in”- so if Monitor areas stay the same for long - May produce artifacts.
Also 29” vs 34” , curved vs not - and anyone uses the SUPER WIDE SCREENS ? (I think they are like 6ft wide ?)
