There's a lot in store for 2022 in Ironbeamland, but I thought I'd let you all know that we've released our own free Ironbeam trading app as well as signed up with Sierra Chart to support the new Teton order routing.

The Ironbeam app is a free trading platform available on iPhone, Android, tablets & web. No monthly or per-side routing fee, and includes live level 1 market data at no cost.

i opened an account with mike murphy with ironbeam . Guy is the worst customer service . looking to fund $50k and asked him for help with getting my password and funding details . ANd he gave me a run around and very sarcastic . To you i am just a number but i am investing my hard earned money . So i will pass on your company .

I am sorry that you feel that you were mistreated. You sent me an email asking for our routing number, along with a request to reset your password. Since I cannot personally reset your password, I provided you with our Customer Service number to do so, along with a link to our wire instructions that include our routing number.

I am not sure what was done wrong here.

Ironbeam was disappointing ☹️

The salesperson gave minimal responses, failed to mention promotions, and omitted crucial details like the $500 minimum account size needed to use your own trading platform instead of their web version.

The lack of transparency on commissions is even worse—pricing isn’t clearly listed on the website and is only provided via email in a clunky PDF file, likely to obscure how outrageously expensive it is. 💀

One contract in any Micro Financials costs $2.04, that's DOUBLE what all other brokers or Fcms charge for an all-in round trip. To put that into perspective, making 10 trades in MES in a day will rack up $20.40 in commissions alone.

On top of that, they charge a $60 withdrawal fee for international wires. It doesn't get more expensive than this anywhere else.

While Ironbeam is reputable, their pricing is a rip-off.
