I've been a professional trader for about 15 years, but not a professional programmer. I was looking at MP for NT (which is brand new to me, I used TradeStation for many years).
What's the deal with all these different types of GOM files? Is there a video out there that can clear that up?
Thanks Mike and everyone else!

gerretings from Switzerland! I live near the capital town Bern and my main job is IT consultant.
I started with trading stocks just at the end of the bubble and burned a lot of money. But this drived me to learn more about markets, charts and trading.
I trade the US market (Options for swings & ES intraday) mostly the afternoon session. Now I feel, that is time to overwight trading and reduce my IT job.
I'm glad to be a member of this fantastic board and hope, that I can learn more to be a trader for living and quit my job
Hi, I am a grain trader in South Africa. Mainly hedging and taking delivery of wheat November/Desember when we harvest in the Western Cape. I also like to speculate in grains as a whole...love the whole grain trade...everyday something else.
Hello, Im from the USA but i travel in asia a lot and get great european session trading times because of that! I have been trading since 2004 in the fxmarket. I started out news trading, now I am primarily a tech analysis guy but I factor in a lot of news events and fundies. I have managed a clients account now for about 1 year and I have traded my own account profitabily for 2 years now.
I hope to learn more each day and pick up so great tools and advice to continue this journey, while passing along any advice or experience I can.
I'm a new trader, been learning for about a year now. Currently going through the Open Trader course, which is AMAZING. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. Totally worth the cost. Anyway, I'm looking to start trading the E-mini S&P 500 in the next year. I'm currently trying to figure out where to get affordable, quality volume profile charts so I can start trading. That's about it!
After having bought and used about every single trading software on the planet and still being able to deplete my account being very stubborn not having a plan or not following it I finally landed on Ninjatrader and Mike's forum. Bought Bloodhound a few weeks ago and started to learn, play and hopefully trade based upon it. Having done some Python programming in the past I now want to take up programming in C# to make even better use of Ninjatrader. Bloodhound uses graphical programming ofcourse which gives me a headstart, or so I assume. I'm determined to make it as a trader. I really am. Have to too. One has to stay focused. Hope to learn and possibly share.
I entended to post my first post 1000days after registration..forgot about the date, it's been 1002 days since my registration at BigMike.
Long story short (hate this expression) just another trader, trying to make it in the big world.
