I did a bit better, but had I managed the trades better and 'savored' my entries, it would have been much more profitable. I guess the one trade wasn't necessary.
Did a heck of a lot better, and I didn't remember this day.
Days like this you just walk away. This is my nemisis day! I could have traded it better, but boy, what a tough day! This day still gives me a bit of anxiety when thinking about it. Something I need to deal with!
This day was one of my best, walking away with something like 8.5+ points looking at my trading journal. This was before I implemented the three trades-a-day rule though I think.
You have alot of charts up for the TF, what is it, 7? Do you think you have made trading the TF more complicated than it needs to be? Can you explain your trading theory, or have a postlink I can read up on for it? I was trading w/ one 1min chart and have been until last week or so when I add a 66 or 70 tick chart to locate and capitalize on reversals.
Well, I agree that is the bright side to look at it! haha.. Unfortunately, I would prefer to have the bright-side viewpoint and the $ in my pocket!
Julia and Horst did something like getting in at the small drop and going long. I get wrapped up in this, "IT MUST GO DOWN" and I get ANGRY and whatever.... I have to control those days.
I felt the same way like you just last Friday when I was looking at the 6E. It was just on a run up. It looked as if it wanted to reverse. It reversed an hour and 15 minutes later.
