Trying to predict anything is a surefire way to become a mediocre trader. Ideally, you want to identify certain areas that offer a low risk but a great reward. You want to do this ahead of time to be prepared to all eventualities. I know it seems like playing with words but there is a subtil difference.
Yes 100% im not great with word to be honest and i normally use the wrong ones
predict was not the best use of words
But all i know is knowing some things are probable and you watch them unfold if that makes better sense?

Don't say I didn't warn you, lol!!! Now that is what I call a
spike !
Take a look at the footprint as it began really all the way from yesterday's close level. There was a huge seller(s) up there. You can see a huge drop in
delta and then a gradual decline before the market completely fell out of balance. Also note the buyers that were buying the lows either
bailed or
reversed . Someone got nailed here!
PB,
I have been following this thread and watching how you analyze the CL like th others. I have been following and I loading the 1500 tick chart and I have very different numbers. Are you using updowntick or bidask data? Also are you using the RTH session? thanks

Todays open
Ok here what i saw and did today
We opened inside yesterdays range and in side yesterdays value area (market in balance)
Saw a drive up on the open towards a high volume area closing out yesterdays POC
I have correct levels today, i have changed my TPO software due to ongoing issues
The new software looks great ( TPO and [AUTOLINK]Volume Profile[/AUTOLINK] Chart for NinjaTrader )
Took a short leaning against the high volume area above and yesterdays POC and we are in the higher end of yesterdays value area
on the rotation up to the POC i saw selling pressure in my foot print chart
I have changed to a 1500 tick as advised my Mr PB to get a more clear better reading of order flow
im not going to get fooled like i did yesterday and targets on this trade at the moment will be ETH vwap value area
1st of all though will have to see the markets response to yesterdays Value Area Lows @ $95.90`s we could see buyers resond in this area
Nearly got 1st and 2nd scale out

scale out
Still holdin this short and this is what im thinking
I want to see price hold below todays RTH vwap middle
and
Hold the highs of ETH vwap 1st dev high
Delta is negative still below ZERO
If we continuie to hold this are i will flatten my runner in todays RTH value area
We just got a nice seller coming in @ todays RTH Vwap pushing price out of value
Lets see if we can get a follow though to the down side now
