Hi all. Been trading since 10+ years, all the types of financial products, but in the end mostly derivatives. I made all the mistakes possible, sometimes countless times until I learned and my progression is still not complete, which sums up well the the passion around this activity. There’s always room to improve.

@KingSharky @xplorer in this case it would be better to reactivate the original account instead of having a duplicate. Would maintain the history of the account as well.
My name is Patrick. I am retired and am looking for ways to generate a little extra income to help my kids with college and getting started, as well as making my wife and I's dreams of beach living possible. I have been trading stocks on and off for more than a decade, but I have recently ventured into options. So I am trying to learn a new skill set. I have been through TDAmeritrade and Tastytrades courses, so I am looking forward to trying this out.
I am currently trying to find a journal that will track all of the differing options strategies so I can measure my profitability and hone my strategies for success. I have learned that what does not get measured, does not succeed.
So hello to all, and I look forward to a great journey.
