I have a Kinetick data feed and also a data feed from my broker - IB. Both of them work.

I connect to Kinetick first and then connect to IB via the TWS.

I get my price data from Kinetick and then just shoot the orders through the IB connection.

I have an issue. In my Account Performance section I never get any data on MAE / MFE.

To be clear - it has never worked and I always put in the MAE and MFE in my journal manually. This is a pain in the backside.

Surely there is something I can do to get the trade info to use the Kinetick information even though the account is in no way linked to the data feed ?

Many thanks

podski

I emailed NT support about this a while back because I had the same issue.. they said it was an issue with the current version of NT7. There is no resolution at the moment, not sure if it is fixed in NT8. Not much help.

I also use Kinetick and IB.

I use the Kinetick free and connect to it first for EOD data and then I connect to IB for real time data.

If I trade in my NT (-it is the sim free version) I disconnect from Kinetick before I enter the sim trade which is getting the ES data from IB.

So you could try disconnecting from Kinetick first before doing the trade.

I hope it helps
