"usgears" has posted code for his FibGrid indicator on tradingview.com. His code does require some manual input but outputs support resistance lines not unlike the very expensive commercial product "VooDoo Lines". Can someone port his code to TOS or NinjaTrader?
I have a version of "uscgears" "Voodoo Lines" that I have hammered together with the original ToS Fibgrid code. You will still have to input your own swing low and swing high manually, but it does function. Perhaps some of the code geniuses here can streamline it and make it select multiple swing highs and lows automatically. I am mobile now, but I will load it when I get back to my laptop.
I have attached a copy of the FibGrid that I cobbled together based on the original Fibgrid code that I found at share_tos.blogspot.com and the retracements that "ucsgears" at tradingveiw utilized in his version of "voodoo lines". This still requires you to input manually the swing high and low, but it is useful. Perhaps some of the code whizzes on here can help me sup it up and automate it some. I hope it helps.
where can i learn to use this tool properly?
how do you choose swing high and low for manual entry for ToS?
would appreciate the links that explains how to FibGrid for ToS.
