I’m still in discussion with Ninja Trader (NT) and rebate seems only 50% coverage for Phillip Capital (PC) screw up. I notice user Beske got his money back. Did anyone else here got their money back 100%?

I have not heard anything back from my broker after he brought up my case to Phillips.

And what is there argument for only covering 50% - PC/NT either made a mistake or they did not - But I think NT said they would make sure that all their clients are covered and will not have any loss so I would presume that NT would cover the other 50%

I just got my email from Ninja saying I'm not going to get anything back from the Phillip Capital nightmare.
I rarely trade Nasdaq minis, and when I do I have a strict $100 stop loss. I have trades on my statement for NQ thats are thousands of dollars both in loss and profit. I contacted you when it happened and you got on here saying you would fix it.
Well you didn't. You're not going to make it right, and I'm going to be very public with this so don't go around pretending to be something you're not.

After further discussion with NT they resolved my issue related to Phillip Capital outage

I am not sure why you have to resort to calling me names and making public (and private) threats when all you have to do is simply ask me to get involved. That said, I have escalated your case up the chain.

I'm not really sure why you got on here and told everyone they would be compensated, and then privately have someone send me an email saying that I would not be compensated.
Mike Scinto, who is your employee is saying something very different from you.

I feel like I could have called you a lot worse and you would have deserved it.
I think the public deserves to know the situation, and I'll make sure they do know.
Also, I threatened you? Its ok for you to take thousands of dollars from me but I can't call you out on it on an online platform?
