Hey guys and gals,

I wanted to ask if anyone hads used Apex Futures and if so, what trade analysis spreadsheet or software program do you use to obtain more sophisticated data from your trades to see how well you are performing.

I've gravitated towards Apex because of thier low fees and free software-and also considering I'm a new trader with limited funds. But they have no sophisticated trade analysis. This is the only thing I don't like about ther platform.

I like the trade analyzing specs NinjaTrader offers but I like Apex Services better. I have my own excel spreadsheet I formulated to derive R multiples and expectancy but it's very tetious and time consuming entering all my trades. I probably place 40-60 trades a month.

Does anyone know of an easy way to export the basic Trade history from Apex to either an excel spreadsheet or software program to help save some time?

I've seen some other software programs that look pretty good but they don't support ApexTrader

Thanks for any help on this subject

Shawn

1/ I presume you are aware that Apex Trader is a white label version of Gain Capital's OEC Trader platform?

2/ So you may have got more responses to this thread if your title hadn't been 'limited' to Apex Trader.

3/ Have you asked Craig Ross from Apex Trader? In the past I found him helpful.

4/ There has been some recent discussion about OEC Trader in Bob West's thread here:

5/ Were you aware OEC Trader have a Support Forum where you could post this question if you lack replies here. OEC Support Forum

6/ Have you looked at the other OEC Trader threads here on FIO, maybe your question has been asked before.

steve,

I was not aware of this. I asked my go to guy at apex if they had any more sophisticated analysis and he just said "no" and gave no other suggestions.

Many thanks for the links and recommendations. They were extremely helpful.

Regards
