A trend day is what gets me every time.
It was a slow day grinding up. Bias was up and trade one was long and did ok +31 tics.
There was no signal to get out and just felt there was no mojo for the day and it would turn into a range day.
Sat out for half an hour waiting for a turn.
Sold 20 tics higher and then sold another 30 mins later but only 15 tics higher.
thought there was a triple top in place and the slow grind had gone as far as it would.
Then at 8:00 it popped 50 cents in 3 mins.
Last 2 sells were slightly positive but kept looking for a rotation that never came.
Lost opportunity to trade the rotations that did occur by feeling locked into a position.
Need to recognize a losing position and get out and reverse if the signal is there

What a quiet day for an inventory day.
Used to get 200 point moves after an inventory number and today was only 53
The reversal to short was a good idea but did not go to a new low and then went sideways.
As it drifted higher I looked to add at VWAP but it never got there and closed out after 11:30
Did have a good ES trade
Caught the LH TLB after 10:00
close way too early but caught 8 points
