1610- good recovery on the day, a little bit of impatient though
936- buyers fight back for now
940- less trong selling pressure but still strong
1047- see some volume good trade up here probably

1344- turn around on D period was not expected sellers more aggressive but market is controlled
1832- All the way back to ath after fomc
934- in 5 lot
940- any advanced are sold back quickly, volume is there, but still a lot of selling presure here at the open overnight
1030- pretty good day, got in late 10 lot B period took a bit of a risk knowing that odds are it will fill the bell curve. took profits at the top of B period. Third time failed to break out in short time frame. I am good for the day.
1039- what do you know onslaught of bids come in here in C period, didn't like the down side potential before this happened
ES 3-19-2021
933- buyers here at the open, still selling pressure though
948- seeing buying pressure unable to take out the last stops at 80 yet. In 10 lot done for the day, actually was thinking about other things at the open and wen in 10 lot but recovered.
950- stops at the poc area 78.75
957- nice pick up seeing the buyers come in, so quite stretched out profile today
Take aways
1. nice recovery, sticking to the risk reward in the moment of action.
2. always check size before my orders
3. focus- on just trading when I am trading
4. I've built a little bit too much excitement trading 10 lots, the stops need to be set tight, 5 ticks. This will be a problem/violation if this continues. I've seen numerous occasions where I am willing and happy to take a temporary hit. I haven't gone into trouble yet but soon or later there are things that I can't recover from - set stops
5. Under CMMI this is probably level 3 I need to make this level 4 so it's measurable.
ES 3-22-2021
938- sellers finally come in a little bit
940- I don't feel like long this morning
942- Although there's quite a bit of bids, I don't see this knocking it out of the park, so there's still a fair bit of selling pressure
1000- just had to go in, but out at the end of A period started to see some heavy asks, my target was poor highs L period. I was reluctant but did take that win. The bids just gave me no choice
1008- with the B period sell, buyers coming back with momentum and authority, don't wnat to play this yet though
1142- the longs are just not there for this rally
1520- Tiny short add to my profits here L period.
ES3-23-2021
931- buyers at the open, price going the other way though.
934-bids are weakening now
937- bids putting up a good fight, of note there's a near 1400 ask at 630 that seems to be a reference point we are trying to go after
939- bids almost got it there , but the asks are coming back strong. Bids just took that 1400 reference out
941- sellers coming in
948- getting a bit dicey there on the short, out even
949- that was a bit of an uncomfortable trade, but looks like it should make it's way down now
958- still hanging around these levels, cumulatively bids win, one single time period asks win.
959- bids are making a push now, bids win.
1001- out of time, out about even 10 lot, but this looks okay to me to the upside at least to balance inventory
1105- bids pulling hard here, I am going against it took a bit of a hit one level done
111- burned today, not a day where I can guess the direction
1150- back down now, the pattern today is there will be quick spurts of shorts and then the buyers will cumulate slow and steady. Big range
1228- longs are jumpy today
1515- finally down to where I was looking for it to go
Take aways:
1. For false breakout days there's a tendency to wait a bit before it makes a decision, better to enter later in the day if it a developing false breakout day
ES 3-24-2021
931- longs working hard to move price, price not moving
947- looks pretty two way today, although it tried to breakout long here, sellers just did a probably 800 ask, really aggressive
950- whoops what was I doing, not paying attention, fiddling with the short, didn't filled lol, that's probably gonna cost me 1.5k on a 5 lot. Was that worth the minute of attention span on something else? probably not.
1002- I can't say there's ever a good loss but this was one, perfect stop, perfect entry if it worked, knew where I was getting in getting out. Can't say I didn't love it. Market is going bizarre this morning on the two way trade, expected as we have a short term balance.
1154- bulk of volume is front loaded don' tsee the same volume here now
1348- burned again today, it looked good, down below. With the situation we are in I think there's an elevated risk
Take aways
1. Notice and avoid emotional markets that has little structure (i.e I period poor lows good location but still there are 4 different distributions
2. Back to the 10 lot stops knew that would be an issue, gradually improving though, not breaking the rules
3. Keep the whole session in view
ES 3-25-2021
1151- down side is more active, but buy side is able to move the market as much with little volume, with ease. Could be an eod trade for a breakdown
1415- no selling volume yet. I think it's going to come EOD
1421- again multiple distributions. Poor lows C period looking for those right now, don't see it yet.
1444- G period can be an indication
1545- lack of selling interest follow through here was the key. Very emotional market, hard to dissect. Sellers were present but just unsuccessful at the beginning.
