Today was a tough trading day as I only traded the close. I was trading to make money not to make good trades
positives:
1. Traded The E Mini without too much emotion
2. Only traded Nasdaq
3. Traded Fed Volatility
Improvements:
1. Nerves created hesitation
2. Held a micro swing just cause I did not want to take a loss
3. Did not follow my morning routine

Today was a positive day overall, still working on my focus so I can be in a peak state during screen time.

Focusing on just the 1 minute chart and Cumulative delta has been a huge help in fighting my hesitation and fear of putting trades on. Also to a tip from another trading journal of not having My P&L up while in trades or while flat big time help with trading psychology and progress.

Today was a red day trading but a big time growth day

3. Had a solid winner that paid for most losses

Today I had several trades that had 40 ticks of profit that turned into breakeven or losses, part of the game. My one biggest mistake is the runner i caught near close I killed it at +3R when it was a 6R runner lessons learned .

Today was a green day but I really missed the big picture today.
positives:
1. Held a trade to peak exit.
2. Only traded Nasdaq
3. Only one trade today
Improvements:
1. Was tired which led to not trading some great moves
2. Trading more through out today
3. Cut out distractions on chart.

That is a very interesting approach I just reviewed my trades and my MFE on average is around 33 ticks so using a 20 tick profit target on 2 Contracts may be a constructive alternative for capturing profits, thank you
