Attached is a collection of 7 NonLinear Moving Averages and their functions for easy use in backtesting. Every indicator also contains an option to color the line to signal up and downtrends, and the user can specify these colors.
This pack include the following moving averages:
KAMA (Kaufman Adaptive Moving Average),
VIDYA (Variable Index Dynamic Average),
MAMA (MESA Adaptive Moving Average),
Ehlers Filter,
Median-MA Difference Filter,
FRAMA (Fractal Adaptive Moving Average),
NonLinear Laguerre Filter.
If you want to import a specific indicator, uncheck the other ones while importing them in MultiCharts.
The example screenshot just shows one nonlinear moving average to give an idea.

Update: I got tired of needing to go into the indy in order to change font and color, so added some buttons to mod them for each note in the form.
This is a very simple indicator that doesn't do a lot. It simply adds up to 10 customizable notes to a side panel of user defined width. I am posting it because it illustrates how to place a button on the toolstrip and how to call an external form from said button.
With multi-timeframe charts a refresh of one indicator cause all real time indicators to reconfigure as historic indicators, causing the plots to change slightly. Being able to call a form from an indicator allows the user to change the parameters of that indicator w/o disturbing any other indicators.
I have attached the indicator and will post the VS project files if anyone is interested. To install the indicator, extract NotesPanelFull.zip to your Custom folder w/o NinjaTrader running. Start NT and import NotesPanel. Because it is a .dll based form you will need to edit the indicator and right click in the window to Add NotesEditor.dll reference. Compile the indicator and add it to a chart.
When you want to change a note, News @ 10?, just click the Notes button on the right of the toolstrip. Change your notes and OK, or just leave to Form open. Unlike other NT forms, it is not modal.

Here is an interesting indicator for placing notes on a chart. Credit goes to Snaphook on Ninja Forum. It can be dropped on the main panel or a panel of its own. You can write up to 10 comments in various color and font sizes.
I find it very useful to list my rules as a reminder on my trading chart.
The attached example screenshot shows Roger Felton's entry and money management rules discussed in his last BMT webinar. Here I have used a Panel Left Edge offset of 530.
I am posting in BMT Elite Section to show Roger's trading rules, otherwise the indicator is public on Ninja Forum downloads.
A friend of mine summarized some thoughts from the Head FX trader of a very large Chinese pension fund (I mean large).
By his own admission he was not a good daytrader, so don't take his comments about daytrading too seriously. On the other hand he was very good in the weekly and monthly time frames. There are several good nuggets, enjoy.

Small, simple change to NinjaTrader's default order management sounds ("stop filled," "order submitted," etc.).
These sounds have a similar female voice, but with a slightly more realistic overall sound, imo. The audio is just a little bit sped up to still give it that emotionally flat, robotic feel.
Already made these for myself, so it's a zero effort contribution. If you like them, keep them. If you don't, simply restore the original WAV files.
The zip file contains only WAV files and the sounds can be previewed without installation.
Installation: Copy to NinjaTrader sounds directory, by default located at C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 8\sounds

I am an elite member & this is my first time trying this & for the life of me I can not find the 'appropriate' place to post a question concerning an NT7 indi being created for NT8.
The NT7 indi is listed after download as eWilliams LLMa or eWilliams JMA. I have the code & compared to so many others I have seen it appears fairly 'simple'. My reason for wanting it = SO much simplier to use than the 3 indies put together in NT8. Searched everywhere with no luck for a year and half & finally came here.
ANY help would be greatly appreciated & again I apologize if I am off base asking here.
Screenshots = NT7 with indi & shows how it loads...no idea author. & NT 8 version same time with 'busy' replacements.
well dead in the water already since I am not sure how to post a url of my screenshot...
I took jpg of the code & png of same time frame - 1 shot each of NT7 and NT8 of June 23, 2021.
Appears you have to download the NT7 shot & the NT 8 shows in post or vise versa.
Since I may ultimately be in the wrong place to even ask....will see if someone can help before I push anymore buttons.
THANK YOU ALL for your wonderful contributions.
