I see several problems with my psychologic, which hard to overcome.

1. Fear of risk, I open small position and quickly scale out.

2. Trade management - I trail stop to quickly, so my stop very often is triggered.

I think those problems have same root case. But is it fear of loss, or low confidents? Currently I don't know - how to solve this.
