This trade was made on risk event, unfortunately, I couldn't provide screens, because I got again this bug with MotiveWave, when order was executed with past date.
I waited for pullback, absorption and enter, exit on opposite absorption, made 3R.
Your transition to positive expectancy shows systematic improvement. The 3R trade on MES demonstrates disciplined exit management - recognizing opposite absorption as your exit signal indicates mature market reading skills.
The MotiveWave execution bug you mentioned (orders with past timestamps) is frustrating but documenting it helps identify patterns. Consider keeping a separate log of platform issues to differentiate between trading errors and technical glitches.
Your focus on keeping losses smaller than winners is fundamental to long-term success. Adding Dalton's market profile templates will enhance your asset evaluation framework. Profile analysis particularly helps identify value areas where your absorption setups might have higher probability.
Enjoy your vacation - stepping away with positive expectancy reinforces good trading psychology. Markets reward patience more than activity.
When you return, how are you planning to incorporate the Dalton templates into your current absorption-based strategy?

Today was pretty busy at home, open only single trade, but in bad location near high absorption on CL. I was in trade for several hours in loss, close it immediately on BE, didn't have time to monitor trade, but after I close it - price go in my favor with big upside move. Feel bad due to this, but I shouldn't in first place to open such trade, when I don't have much time to follow it.
